STORE POLICY- REFUNDS/RETURNS
Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery, and can only be exchanged for store credit.
We will not be responsible for any return shipping costs, all of these fees fall to the customer.
The items must still be new, unwashed, unworn, and still in flawless condition.
When we receive your item, there is a 3-7 business day processing time.
Once this step is completed a code will be issued via emailed to you, along with instructions on how to redeem your store credit.
Please note that we do not include shipping fees in store credit, only the price of merchandise will be honoured.
